During the audit, we take into account the entire management process of your online store:

and finally after-sales service
During coaching, we suggest avenues for improvement to optimize existing logistics and propose optimization alternatives

After the coaching, you will have in hand the concrete ways to improve the logistics of your e-shop, save time and therefore professionalize your brand
In what format
The audit is done via an interview with the person(s) in charge of the e-commerce site, then the coaching is done in person or by video conference lasting 1.5 hours
