Subscription contract for the gift voucher service

This contract (the “Contract”) is concluded between Les E-shops-belges (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”) and the members registered on the platform (hereinafter referred to as “the Members”).

1. Object

1.1 Members have the option of subscribing to the gift voucher system set up by the Platform.

1.2 Under this collaboration, visitors who have received a "belgian e-shops" gift voucher can use it on Members' e-shops through an exchange in purchase codes. Members will receive the corresponding amount.

2. How Gift Vouchers work

Example:

The head of a company's department wants to give gifts to his team members. He buys gift vouchers on the site “belgische-eshops-belges.be” each worth €75. On each check, he mentions the name of his company, the name of his team member and a personalized message. One of the recipients with the code from their gift voucher visits the “belgische-eshops-belges.be” platform. He examines the offer of the participating e-shops and decides on two of them, e-shop A and e-shop B. He then converts his gift voucher into a purchase code of 50€ at e-shop A and a purchase code of €50 at e-shop B. Then the beneficiary goes to the respective sites of e-shops A and B, to make their purchases and pay for them in full or leave with the respective purchase codes. And members A and B each receive the value of their purchase code.

2.1 Neutral Gift Certificate: Any visitor can purchase a gift certificate, it is neutral, not linked to a particular e-shop.

2.2 Format of the Gift Certificate: The gift certificate can be electronic or in paper format for an additional fee. It has a unique number for the exchange and contains spaces for the recipient's name, a message and the donor's name.

2.3 Exchange of the Gift Voucher: The recipient of the gift voucher can associate it with one or more e-shops by visiting the site "belgische-eshops-belges.be" and obtain one or more linked purchase codes to one or more specific e-shops to make a purchase.

2.4 Value and Validity: Gift vouchers can have different values (20€, 25€, 40€, 50€ or 100€) and are valid for one year.

3. Participation of e-shops

3.1 Registration of Purchase Codes: Members must register and manage the unique purchase codes of their e-shop that visitors will receive in exchange for their gift voucher.

3.2 Use of Purchase Codes: Purchase codes may be used in conjunction with other offers and promotions. They serve as a means of payment and not as a discount voucher.

3.3 Payment for Purchase Codes: Members then receive payment for the purchase code that was spent on their site, after deducting the transaction fees retained by Stripe. We do not receive any commission for this service, the e-shop receives the amount of the check as we received it, that is to say minus the transaction fees retained by Stripe. Members are notified when their supply of purchase codes runs out.

As a sign of their agreement with the terms and conditions set out in this contract, the parties affix their signatures.
